Returns & Exchanges
At Cyrillus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not a perfect fit, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return them in their original condition for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your customer account, navigate to your recent orders, and select the items you wish to return to generate your return label.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include the completed return form inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
